The problem
Market intelligence meant manually checking multiple public sources and stitching the numbers together by hand — slow, error-prone, and impossible to keep current.
What I built
I built a scheduled pipeline that pulls from the relevant public sources, normalizes the data into a consistent shape, and outputs formatted reports covering active, completed, and cancelled projects plus rental and transaction indices. A small web front end lets a non-technical user trigger a fresh export on demand.
The outcome
Replaced a recurring manual research task with a repeatable pipeline that produces consistent, up-to-date market reports.
