Post-Call Intelligence Workflow
Turns a recorded call into a draft offer, an email, and a summary — automatically.
The problem
Good calls were followed by slow, manual admin: writing up notes, drafting the offer, preparing the follow-up email. The delay cost momentum, and the quality varied by who did it.
What I built
I wired the call-transcription output into a pipeline that extracts the key terms with a language model, fills a document template to produce an offer, drafts the follow-up email, and posts a concise summary to the team channel. Each step hands off to the next so the whole chain runs from a single trigger.
The outcome
Compressed post-call follow-up from a manual chore into a near-instant, consistent set of drafts the rep just reviews and sends.
