Conversational AI Assistant for Sales Teams
An LLM agent that gives a sales team one place to ask and act.
The problem
Reps were context-switching across half a dozen tools to answer simple questions — deal status, next steps, who to call, what was said on the last call. The information existed, but pulling it together was slow and inconsistent.
What I built
I built an agent around a large language model with a structured set of skills, each mapped to a real action: look up and summarize a deal, find scheduling gaps, pull the gist of a recorded call, draft a follow-up. It runs as a chat bot plus a small web app, containerized for reliable deployment, with the model orchestrating which skill to call from a plain-language request.
The outcome
Became a daily tool for the team — the kind of thing people open first instead of digging through tabs. Adding a new capability is now a matter of defining one more skill, not rebuilding the bot.
