The problem

Qualifying and re-checking the pipeline by hand didn't scale. Deals slipped between stages, and no one had a reliable, repeatable read on which leads actually deserved attention next.

What I built

I built a service that pulls leads from the CRM on a schedule, evaluates each against the documented sales process with a language model, and writes back a score plus a reason. Stale and high-priority deals are pushed out as spreadsheet reports and chat alerts so the signal reaches people where they work.

The outcome

Replaced gut-feel triage with a consistent, explainable score and cut the manual overhead of keeping the pipeline honest.
